We own and operate retail, corporate and cloud kitchen food brands in Bangalore and expanding to other cities. We produce B2B based gravies and sauces for our partners in the HORECA industry.

We are currently hiring experienced Pastry Chef for our commercial kitchen, located in Hosur, with a daily production capacity of 5 tonnes of different types of prepared food, which is shipped to cloud kitchen across different cities.

Based in Hosur, you will be working along some of the best chefs in the industry and culinary team of over 50 people that includes RD team.

We offer excellent perks including food, accommodation and interstate/international travel opportunities.

Responsibilities for Pastry Chef include
• Manage the pastry division - from staffing to production
• Plan and execute menu by working with Sous chef, RD team and Executive chef
• Standardizing recipes
• Preparing purchase specifications for all foundation ingredients
• Ensuring consistency in quality and portion size
• Identifying training needs for staff and arranging the training
• Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in cullinary field
• Must have minimum of 5 years experience working with leading hotel chains in baking and pastry division
• Have a variety of pastry, chocolate and bread making techniques
• Strong understanding of chilled and frozen food.
• Good understanding of shelf-life of baked food and pastries.
• Good communication and people management skills
