We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods and desserts that meet our high standards of quality and taste. Duties
Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, and breads according to established recipes.
Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal as well as taste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production of baked goods during service hours.
Assist with menu planning and development by providing input on new dessert ideas.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
