Parts Advisor
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Powersports Parts Counter Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Parts Counter Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in need of parts and accessories for their powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and more. Your role will be essential in providing excellent customer service, assisting with parts identification, and ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with identifying and purchasing parts, accessories, and gear for their powersports vehicles.
Provide expert knowledge on powersports products and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
Maintain a well-organized and accurate inventory of parts and accessories.
Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Work closely with technicians and service staff to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
Manage customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Assist in stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and receiving new inventory.
Keep accurate records of parts sales and customer transactions.
Promote sales and special offers to drive parts department growth.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a powersports, automotive, or parts sales environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Must be able to lift and move heavy parts when necessary.
