Part-Time Social Media Coordinator with Photography experience

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, graphic design skills, photography, videography and proficiency in various social media management tools.

Key Responsibilities

Create eye-catching reels, videos, and media that showcase our projects in an engaging and appealing way.
Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling posts, writing captions, and overseeing community interactions.
Create engaging photos, videos, and written content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
Run and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve growth and engagement.
Stay up to date with Canadian cultural trends and events to create locally relevant and engaging content.
Photography Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of our projects for use across social media, and our website.
Edit and enhance photos and videos to produce polished, professional content that aligns with our brand.
Qualifications

Excellent videography and photography skills
Proven experience managing social media platforms, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to create viral content and grow online communities.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, and other content creation software.
Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize social strategies.
Can-do attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in a team environment.
