About Us
We are a small, independent fashion business with big ideas and a bold vision. We know how hard it is to bring something meaningful to life, and we have lived it. Through the challenges, we have stayed true to our mission: to support independent designers and bring beautifully crafted pieces to people who might not live in traditionally fashion-forward cities.
Our boutique, both in-store and online, curates unique scarves designed by emerging and independent brands from around the world. We believe in thoughtful design, creative storytelling, and supporting independent and niche brands specializing in scarves. If you share a passion for creativity, collaboration, and meaningful work, we would love to meet you.
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Part-Time Coordinator to support our store operations and help us seek out new opportunities through outreach, sales, and marketing. This is an in-person role, ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a mission-led fashion business that is exploring its next direction.

Freelancer and Vendor Coordination
Communicate with freelancers such as designers and photographers to manage timelines and expectations
Track and process freelancer and vendor invoices and payments
Maintain organized digital records for billing, contracts, and deliverables
