Key Accountabilities

Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff.
Collaborate with Group Managers and MDT Professional Leads to enhance clinical input into decision-making.
Contribute to setting performance expectations for service effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sustainable high-quality services.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. A current medical registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand is required.
