Hourly Rate: $27.00/hour
Hours: 3 days a week | 5 hours per shift | Flexible timing (daytime, evening, or weekend)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team. This flexible position is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of New Zealand tax laws and solid experience in the accounting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and filing GST, Income Tax, and other IRD returns
Reconciling bank statements and managing Xero or similar accounting software
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and payroll
Supporting the lead accountant with day-to-day tasks
Communicating with clients professionally and effectively
Requirements:
✅ Strong knowledge of New Zealand tax law and compliance requirements
✅ Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software
✅ Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
✅ Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexible hours – work during the day, evening, or weekend to suit your schedule
