Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
Apply paint, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications.
Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Assist in construction-related tasks as needed to support overall project goals.
