Responsibilities

Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Restore and build surfaces, including drywall installation and repair.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or questions promptly.
Skills

Proficiency in industrial painting techniques and tools.
Strong time management skills to efficiently complete projects within deadlines.
Experience with caulking and drywall installation/repair.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Knowledge of construction painting practices and materials.
Customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
Basic carpentry skills are a plus for additional project support.
