Location: Pune, a city in India

Work Timing: Monday to Saturday, 3pm to 11pm (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Your Mission
Develop and execute our organic SEO strategy with a focus on growth, innovation, and speed. You will use traditional SEO fundamentals while incorporating modern, AI-powered tactics such as rapid content generation, entity-based optimization, search intent modeling, and programmatic SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and scale an AI-augmented SEO strategy for site structure, content, and backlinks
• Oversee technical SEO aspects including page speed, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and indexing
• Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Jasper, Frase, or similar to streamline content workflows
• Plan, brief, and deploy long-form content, programmatic landing pages, and AI-generated clusters
• Collaborate with the development and UX teams on internal linking, mobile experience, and E-E-A-T
• Integrate search intent and first-party data into keyword selection and optimization
• Employ entity-based SEO and semantic optimization to future-proof content
• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and other tools
• Oversee ethical, white-hat link-building and PR strategies (digital and influencer marketing)
• Stay ahead of AI/SEO algorithm changes and test new formats, including voice search and SERP features
Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in SEO, preferably in DTC, e-commerce, or media-heavy brands
• Experience working with Shopify, Headless CMS, or custom DTC technology stacks
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to run audits and implementation
• Familiarity with AI SEO tools, large language models, and workflow
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and increasing revenue through SEO
• Ability to write, edit, or quality-check content at scale with human and AI workflows
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
Bonus Skills
• Experience with programmatic SEO, schema mapping, or custom page builders
• Experience integrating organic and paid search strategies
• Prior work with eCommerce analytics stacks (Google Tag Manager, GA4, attribution, CRO tools)
