Operations/Documentation Support
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our documentation team in our Los Angeles office. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to: Initiate documentation process on approved transactions by contacting customers to gather necessary information to produce lease documents; Prepare accurate and efficient loan documents in a timely manner; Extensive contact with vendors and financial institutions to complete requirements for the funding of transactions; Reconcile invoices and structure transactions as well as pricing based on approval terms and lease rate factors; Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and vendors outlined in the lease documents; Resolve customer issues and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and financial institutions; Filing of UCC-1 and all other instruments to secure title of equipment.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of college education (though an undergraduate degree is preferred) and possess the following skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in preparation of loan or lease documents in equipment leasing or commercial banking.
Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM;
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong analytical skills, highly organized, and ability to multi-task;
Highly self-motivated;
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling and having access to sensitive information;
Maintain a current working knowledge of all internal policies and procedures as well as laws and regulations relating to loan documentation.
