Operations

Person should have experience in F B Management, Service Management, Operations Management, Man Management, experience in a Catering services organization is preferred. Catering experience in managing canteen facility, food supply etc. in India and abroad will be preferred.

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management will be preferred, if not should have experience in catering function management or huge kitchen like Annapurna, Mega Kitchens etc. will be preferred.
