Operations Manager
This is a key role, leading the e-comm team and process. It’s a busy environment and will require someone with a calm head, who is a natural leader, and very process minded. Continuous improvement and working collaboratively will be key themes. Equal ability to make decisions as well as to know when to put your hand up is what we’re after. A visible leader who can take others ‘on the journey’ and who likes to be in and amongst the day-to-day action – with one eye on the detail of what’s happening, and the other fixed on the bigger picture and forward planning.

You’ll be well versed in leading teams and process in a busy DC environment. Someone who can be part of strategic conversations, as well as being present and across what is happening on the floor. Communication, collaboration and a solutions focused mindset will be essential. You’ll need to be able to handle pressure and make decisions with confidence. Someone who works well with other operational leaders, while confident in taking ownership of your remit.
