EXPERIENCE : 4-5 yrs in a BPO and 2-3 yrs in health insurance renewal
RESPONSIBILITIES : As an Operations Manager (BPO), you will lead a team to ensure smooth operational processes, promote a positive work environment, and consistently meet client expectations. You will be expected to enhance productivity, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in our BPO unit.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Operational Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient BPO services.
• Team Leadership and Management:Manage and motivate the operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service delivery.
