Hi,Looking for an experienced Customer Service/BPO/Admin operations Manager or professional with 10+ years of experience and leadership skills to setup and run the Operations team in Kolkata to support the virtual Mental Health clinic in UK from 8am to 8pm UK timeOperations Functional Overview Customer service (patient, practitioner, other users) Process administration (approvals, document verification, medical records update) Complaints desk and resolution Partner transaction processing Insurance claims, pharmacy prescription processing, other services ordersResponsibilities: Create a high performance operations team Set up Operations processes (SOPs) process metrics (SLAs) Execute standard operations in a reliable and predictable manner Establish and run business performance management reporting Create and manage team roster, shifts logistics Manage the Operations technology availability and vendors Ensure effective adequate training Quality control process Provide effective leadership mentoring to ensure talent growth, retention Nurture and create a culture of inclusivity, meritrocracy, responsibility excellence Collaborate effectively with UK Operations team, Technology team and partners Operations financial planning, Cost and budget management Ensure continuous innovation and improvement of customer experienceRequirements: Bachelor's Degree Preferably 10+ experience in Customer service/BPO Service role Excellent Communication in English Excellent Leadership skills Great people skills Highly process oriented Ability to quickly learn service applications Experience in Healthcare Service industry is a major advantageCandidates with excellent communication skills.Graduates with a go- getter attitude and good years of experience in a BPO/KPO Industry need to apply for the Position.
