Roles and Responsibilities
• Managing timely order fulfillment across our different channels
• Working with courier partners to ensure last mile delivery
• Assisting the team on product uploads and web operations
• Coordinating across departments to drive customer experience
• Engaging with customers through phone and online channels
• Managing inventory across our different sales channels

Desired Candidate Profile
• 2-4 years experience - preferably in an e-commerce company
• Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
• Proficient computer skills - working knowledge of Excel
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Graduate degree from a reputed college / university
