Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Operations Crew Member to join our team for the fall season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating chairlift equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This fixed-term position is critical to maintaining an excellent guest experience and the safe operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have availability Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about lift operations, trails, and facility services.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.
Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Chairlift Operation:

Operate chairlift and conveyor machinery efficiently and safely, adhering to all operational procedures and protocols.
Ensure the smooth loading and unloading of guests, including assisting those with special needs or disabilities.
Coordinate with team members to maintain consistent and safe chairlift operation throughout the shift.
Uphold the highest standards of safety by following all safety guidelines and protocols.
Respond to emergency situations calmly and according to established procedures.
Skills:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Experience operating machinery or chairlifts is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed.
