• Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Assistance: Support sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
• Office IT Administration: Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, services, and maintenance, oversee office upkeep, coordinate facility services, and assist with procurement and inventory management of office equipment and supplies.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, collaborate on crafting and disseminating internal communications, and gather and analyze employee feedback.
