Operational Head
Operational Management:
Lead end-to-end operations of design and project execution teams.
Coordinate between sales, design, procurement, factory, and site teams to ensure project delivery timelines.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, resource optimization, and productivity.
Design Team Oversight:
Supervise and review all design outputs ensuring alignment with client briefs, brand quality, and timelines.
Facilitate collaboration among designers, suggest improvements, and monitor performance KPIs.
Conduct regular design reviews, encourage creativity, and ensure feasibility in execution.
Project Execution Oversight:
Track project progress, quality control, and resource management across multiple sites.
Resolve site issues, bottlenecks, and delays proactively.
Maintain strict quality standards during final handover and snag rectification.
Client Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the point of contact for internal teams and top management on project updates and escalations.
Ensure timely communication and alignment with clients and internal departments.
Maintain high client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality execution.
Team Management Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective training if required.
Create SOPs, define accountability, and ensure discipline and coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
7–12 years of proven experience managing cross-functional teams in interior design or construction project management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
Working knowledge of design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) and project management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
