Operation Manager

We are currently hiring for Management professionals for the role of manager. The goal is to manage the entire cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. Ensure that distribution, logistics and operations of products is well managed;

2. Supervise Business Development Team, through planning and implementing sales, customer

Relations and sales team development programs.

4. Identify and evaluate current and new customer potentials, prioritizing opportunities for closure.

6. Load promotional items and create seasonal catalogs

7. Registration of new suppliers to the site

8. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

+. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

10. Must be consumer oriented and focused on strategic stakeholders;

11. Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism.

12. Quick Learning organized and attention to details.

13. Analytical thinking, structured . Efficient, patient organized.

14. Good communication skills.
