Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee daily field operations, manage client relations, and ensure high service standards in our security personnel deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day field operations
Ensure deployment and attendance of security guards as per client requirements
Conduct site visits to ensure quality and discipline
Handle client complaints and provide timely resolutions
Maintain daily reports and documentation
Assist in recruitment and training of guards
Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams for operational compliance
