About the Job:
As an operations executive, you will be responsible for managing E-sports matches happening on a daily basis, handling customer queries and managing onboarding youtube influencers.
Roles Responsibilities:
● Managing E-sports (FreeFire, PubG etc) matches on daily basis
Managing matches as per schedule
Managing Esports devices (mobiles and laptops)
Helping customers in case they face any difficulty while playing games
● Handling customer queries through chats and calls
Inbound and outbound calling
Work on online real-time chat to address the concerns of the users.
Maintaining a database of the concerns, refunds processed and other product-level feedbacks from the users
● Managing and onboarding YouTube influencers
On-boarding new influencers to promote WinZO on their channels
Coordination with the existing influencers for promotional activities.
Helping influencers to solve their problems.
What you should have:
● Good Communication skills
● Knowledge in excel is a must
● 0-4 years of experience in Operations / sales marketing / customer support
● Work experience in E-commerce industry will be an added advantage
