Must have excellent sourcing skill, screening the profiles, finding suitable candidate for client requirements.Should be a go getter, must be capable of handling all kind of IT related JD’sMust have ability to get Sure shot selects and excellent skills in interacting with the candidate on call.Effectively Use Job Portals/ Networking Referrals Use Job boards (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), LinkedIn and other professional websites/portals, all kind of online platform for recruitment.Understand Resource Requirements Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring for our Clients by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding. * Manage Resource Talent Pool Source candidates through networking * Hands on experience in job postings, mass mailing, coordination with clients and candidate
