Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and friendly Online Chat Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, assisting visitors with inquiries, and enhancing their experience with the museum.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to visitor inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about museum exhibits, programs, events, and services.
Assist with ticketing and membership inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
Maintain a positive and engaging online presence that reflects the museum's values.
Gather feedback from visitors to improve services and experiences.
Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with online chat tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
