It's important to maintain a calm and positive attitude while dealing with customers. • Providing Information and Assistance: You will be the point of contact for customers, offering information about the companys services, product features, pricing, and troubleshooting tips. The ability to explain complex information in an easily understandable way is key. • Issue Resolution: Listen carefully to customer concerns, identify the issues they are facing, and provide prompt and effective solutions. If necessary, escalate unresolved issues to the higher authorities or relevant departments. • Meeting Performance Metrics: As part of the role, you will be expected to meet specific targets, including call response time, customer satisfaction scores, and first call resolution rate. Regular training sessions will be provided to improve performance and help you succeed. • Maintaining Customer Records: Accurately document customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and feedback, in the companys system. This helps maintain proper records and provides insights for continuous improvement. • Providing Feedback and Suggestions: Provide feedback based on customer interactions that can help improve processes, services, and overall customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for both voice and chat processes.
