Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an On-field Sales Executive primarily located in Mumbai. The On-field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, making sales presentations, managing client relationships, closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and reporting sales activities to the sales manager. The Sales Executive will also monitor stock levels, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any customer issues on-site.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in conducting market research and gathering customer feedback
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the FMCG sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
