OHS Lead
About This Opportunity
We are looking for OHS lead , who will provide comprehensive Health Safety support for respective Circle in the customer unit (CU), coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs and ensure compliance with Health Safety requirements and Quality procedures, Ensure all project deliveries with Quality and as per Ericsson standards.
What You Will Do
• Define, Develop, Monitor and Deploy OHS program and processes to ensure compliance performance of Ericsson OHS Requirements customer OHS requirements, as applicable
• Monitor, Control and report OHS Performance of Project and suppliers
• Provide functional OHS expertise for integrating OHS control / mitigation actions in the service delivery mechanism or ways-of-working
• Supervise Supplier OHS performance Manage OHS reporting and incident management
• Ensure that accidents are reported, investigated and over all analysis with actions supervised for closure
• Develop OHS Training modules ensure Induction trainings Awareness of OHS Compliance to ASPs, Field resources Project Teams
• Develop / Define ASPs OHS Compliance requirements support ASP management to ensure compliance
• Be aware of all legal and legislative requirements for projects and integrate these requirements within the OHS systems and processes for continuous compliance.
• Continuous Improvement of OHS Processes to meet and exceed the customer expectations.
• Supporting Sourcing CU / MA OHS SMES for OHS related matters Compliances
• Act on ASP’s OHS Compliance Issue
• Drive alignment to global processes models, and implement improvement initiatives
• Issue safety passport
• On site audit to ensure OHS compliance
• Audit of Vehicles
• PTW timely approval and closure compliance
You will bring
• Experience of 12+ Years in the Telecom Project.
• Knowledge of Management systems and processes, preferably as initiator
• Knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO +001 requirements.
• Very good Knowledge of Local OHS Regulation, requirement Ensuring compliance.
