About the role

We are looking for a Officer, Global ESPS Systems responsible for ensuring the compliance and effectiveness of our ESPS system and processes.
What the role entails
This role is responsible for improving and simplifying processes using analytic products and derive actionable insights from multiple data sources to provide continuous improvement ideas and work across functionally as a point of contact for process and system enhancements, maintenance and implementations including communication and training of changes to internal stakeholders.
Reporting line: Adviser
Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:
• Perform data analysis to derive actionable insights to support operational excellence.
• Build and maintain Spinifex reports to drive process simplification and maintain compliance posture.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Build reports, extract data, and perform analysis to understand problems or address ad hoc requirements.
• Build and maintain process documentation.
• Engage with ESPS regional teams to provide guidance, support, and data insights.
About Yourself
We are looking for passionate candidates having:
• A Graduate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related business discipline
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, and ETL tools such as Easy Morph
• Knowledge of SQL, data modelling ad data warehousing concepts would be an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience, including automation, macros and VBA.
• Understanding of data security, data privacy, and experience working with sensitive data is essential.
• Prior experience working with Spinifex is an advantage.
