Job Description : - As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve attending gate meetings, scouting for new clients within your assigned territory, building strong customer and influencer relationships, and ensuring the accurate completion of field tasks. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate new contacts and contribute to the overall expansion of our client base.Key Responsibilities : 1. Gate Meeting Participation : - Attend gate meetings to share the day's plan, providing clear and organized updates on your field activities.2.

Client Prospecting (Hunting) : - Proactively scout for new clients within your designated territory, identifying potential business opportunities.3. Relationship Building : - Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and key influencers to promote brand loyalty and support business growth.4. Field Task Completion : - Execute assigned field tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a 100% accuracy rate in all activities.5.
