We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Associate to manage front-desk operations and provide exceptional service to our clients, visitors, and team members.
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional attitude
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff
• Manage client walk-ins and guide them to the relevant department or personnel
• Maintain accurate records including visitor logs, client registers, and inquiry documentation
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming/outgoing couriers
• Ensure the front office is presentable, well-organized, and efficiently managed at all times
Required Skills Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
