Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management procedures. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, support team development, and ensure smooth office functionality.
Duties
· Implement new administrative procedures
· Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
· Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
· Carry out administrative activities of establishment
· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
· Perform data entry
· Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
· Commission systems and components
· Oversee payroll administration
Experience
Proven experience in an office management role with supervisory responsibilities.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software is preferred.
Strong clerical and administrative experience with a focus on organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and clients.
Experience in training development initiatives to enhance team performance.
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
