Full Time Office Manager Required

Redhill Civil Pty Ltd are currently seeking an experienced full-time Office Manager to join our busy team.

To be successful for this opportunity, ideally you will be reliable and hardworking and hold the following:

Qualifications/Work Experience Required Relevant Diploma qualification (preferred, but not mandatory) and/or A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities and Duties of the role will include:

Organising and controlling the functions and resources of our office administrative systems, staff/employees and generally oversee the smooth running of the office.

· Support management, team members, customers, and suppliers.

Planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
Allocating human resources, space and equipment
Updating internal policies and procedures
Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
Managing records and accounts of the office
Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision
Update compliance - ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Skills/Attributes Required for Position

High accuracy in data entry and a good eye for detail
Effective planning, time management, and multitasking abilities
Experience with social media advertising
Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
