Administrative Support:
Answering phones, taking and delivering messages.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
Scheduling appointments and meetings.
Preparing presentations and reports.
Data entry and basic bookkeeping.
Office Management:
Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as needed.
Ensuring the office environment is clean and organized.
Greeting visitors and providing general assistance.
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Assisting with event planning and logistics.
Communication:
Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Drafting and editing correspondence.
Maintaining accurate records and databases.
Essential Skills:

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
