Job Duties:

As an office assistant for our team, we are looking for someone who can be a positive contributor and enjoys working with other people.

1. ERP data entry and verification

2. Greet and welcome visitors to our office

3. Organize working documents and files

4. Basic Purchase knowledge

Required Knowledge and Skills:

1. Able to use MS Office Suite

2. Experience working with an ERP system, Sage 300, Quickbooks

3. Communication and organizational skills

4. Proficiency Mandarin or Cantonese, and English (both verbal written communication)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
