Responsibilities:
Administer medications and assess patient responses as directed by program protocols.
Provide patient education on product monographs and program protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments and treatments.
Requirements:
Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required.
1 year experience in IV initiation.
Current registration with licensing body; CPR certificate.
Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare setting.
