This position involves administering medications in various settings, including patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinics. You will assess, monitor, and provide education to patients and caregivers based on program protocols and product monographs.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments according to protocols and standards.
Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
Provide patient education and support to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Document patient information and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
1 year experience in IV initiation and infusion therapy.
Current CPR certification and registration with the College of Nurses.
Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care, or homecare settings preferred.
