Responsibilities
• Provide direct care and ADL assistance to residents per their individualized care plans.
• Act as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery and ensure the needs of residents and their families are met.
• Document care in the electronic medical record system and provide feedback for individualizing resident care plans.
Qualifications
• Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA.
• Possess a sincere desire to work with elderly populations and enjoy working directly with residents, staff, and families.
