Prepare a variety of North Indian dishes including but not limited to curries, kebabs, tandoori items, bread, and desserts.
Follow traditional recipes and techniques to ensure authenticity and consistency in flavor.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to plan menus and daily specials.
Monitor food stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as required.
Collaborate with the serving staff to accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions from guests.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
