Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.

• Excellent communication skills and should be willing to join us immediately.
• Should be okay to relocate to Hyderabad once the office re-opens.
