Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Non-IT Recruiter, based in Rohini, Delhi, India (NO WORK FROM HOME). The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. This role involves identifying talent, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
