Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and developing scalable server-side applications using Node.js. Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices. Integrate third-party APIs and services. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. Participate in code reviews and team discussions. Troubleshoot and debug applications. Maintain and document technical aspects of projects.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of JavaScript and ES6+ features. Knowledge of Node.js and asynchronous programming. Basic understanding of Express.js or similar frameworks. Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MSSQL). Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic understanding of version control (Git). Preferred (Optional) Skills: Exposure to frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and React.js. Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger. Participation in open-source projects or coding competitions.
