Greet guests and patrons are they arrive

- Manage the registration process

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately

- Operate hotel switchboard

- Take reservations over the phone

- Provide excellent customer service

- Answer queries regarding the hotel's services

- Prepare revenue reports

- Verify all accounts posting
