Title: Network Analyst
Salary: $74,663 - $+3,328 - $102,660 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri +am-3pm )
Location: Metro Vancouver: Sinclair Office – on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations – Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).

About the role
As the Network Analyst, you will design new network systems, change network system configurations, modify, develop and install utilities, data communications software and hardware. You will provide specialized support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. You will also conduct detailed analysis of network performance on regular basis to maintain the defined standards, document the findings and recommend upgrades of hardware and/or software.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be –

Education

A university degree in Computer Science, college degree with a technical major or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Occupational Certification

Networking certifications required: Cisco CCNA, CCNP and other network certifications
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation
Experience

Significant, recent and relevant experience (5 years or more) in managing enterprise networks and video conference systems with diverse solutions from multiple vendors
Must have experience working with Cisco networking devices, switches, routers, video conference devices and wireless

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
