About Us
We are a growing NDIS service provider based in Condell Park, dedicated to supporting participants and their families with compassionate, reliable, and culturally-informed care. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our presence, reach more clients, and build strong relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Create engaging posts (images, captions, videos) 3–5 times per week
Design and update marketing materials (flyers, brochures, business cards)
Plan and run small ad campaigns (Facebook, Google) within budget
Update our business listings and directories online
Suggest and execute ideas to increase brand awareness and attract new clients
Report on engagement and provide recommendations to improve results
Ensure all content complies with NDIS and privacy standards
About You
Experience in NDIS managing social media and creating content for small businesses
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads (preferred)
Strong writing and design skills (Canva or similar)
Understanding of NDIS or willingness to learn
Creative, reliable, and self-motivated
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Types: Permanent, Subcontract, Casual, Contract, Volunteer
Pay: $49,900.00 – $88,962.36 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Afternoon shift
Day shift
