The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global performance management operations and excellent organizational skills.
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, along with 5-8 years of experience leading performance management operations for multinational corporations.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and delivery of performance management programs.
• Administer performance management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and report on performance management program effectiveness.
• Provide support to employees and address their queries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather performance management requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Oracle and/or SuccessFactors HCM/SAP and/or Darwin Box
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
