Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Sales Representatives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for Ayurveda products.
- Monitor sales performance across territories and ensure that the team meets or exceeds targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for Ayurveda products.
Market Competitor Analysis:
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Ayurveda healthcare segment.
- Provide regular market feedback to senior management, including challenges, opportunities, and insights.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and Ayurveda practitioners.
- Organize medical meetings, conferences, and product presentations to promote the company’s product line.
- Address customer queries, handle complaints, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
