Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ELK Developer to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of robust ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring and logging solutions across various systems and help optimize performance in line with DevOps and SRE best Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and implement scalable ELK stack-based solutions.
• Install, configure, and fine-tune ELK stack clusters in an enterprise environment.
• Develop both high-level and low-level solution designs aligned with integration best practices.
• Manage end-to-end ELK/Java solution lifecycle, including development, administration, and delivery.
• Create and maintain effective Kibana dashboards for performance monitoring and insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams to support system observability and troubleshooting.
• Participate in the planning and deployment of ELK infrastructure and integrations.
• Ensure alignment with business goals by translating technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in system monitoring and performance Qualifications :
• Overall Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in large enterprise environments.
• ELK Stack : At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and managing ELK solutions.
• APM Monitoring Tools : 2+ years of experience in performance monitoring and application performance management.
• Solid understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong experience in creating visualizations and dashboards using Kibana.
• Experience working with Java-based applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional Skills :
• Experience with automation tools and scripting for ELK deployments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
