About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MongoDB Database Administrator (DBA) to take ownership of our database environments. This role requires deep knowledge of MongoDB, Kafka, Ansible, and a strong commitment to data governance practices.

Responsibilities:
• Deploy, configure, and maintain MongoDB databases across development, staging, and production environments.
• Design and manage distributed data synchronization using MongoDB replication/sharding and Kafka-based real-time pipelines.
• Build and maintain automated deployment and configuration scripts using Ansible.
• Develop and implement database archiving strategies to manage storage efficiently.
• Apply data masking techniques for sensitive datasets to support secure testing, development, and analytics.
