Job Title: MIS Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales data, generating reports, analyzing sales trends, and supporting the sales team with actionable insights. This role bridges the gap between data analysis and sales strategy, ensuring data accuracy and enhancing overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, manage, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for the sales team and management.
Assist in forecasting sales targets and budgeting.
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases accurately.
Provide data-driven support to sales teams for performance improvement.
Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the integrity of MIS systems.
Generate ad-hoc reports and provide insights for strategic planning.
Track and report KPIs and other performance metrics.
Assist in developing automation tools to streamline reporting processes.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, MIS, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Must speak Kannada.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
