Preparation, Monitoring and evaluating employee level sales performance and also ensuring Business Hygiene as per SOP and conduct quality checks on various reports and analysis
Support the team by providing relevant data for incentive calculations.
Analyses employee movement in CRM tool and prepare submit quintile report to the team.
